Hello J. Love your devotional idea! I think it might even come in handy for mentoring other women.
I am so glad someone is looking into couple devotionals too. I have too and most of them are – shall we say “dry”. I finally settled on The Rainey’s “Moments With You”. Just starting this New Year. But would love to know what you recommend. I was looking for something that would assist us with Emotional Focus Therapy. Google it if you haven’t heard of it yet. We want to know and express our feelings better to each other. Thanks and keep up the good work in your blog. Its a very important subject!

Great question, Valinda! (And what a beautiful name!) I actually commented on this on my Facebook page. Here’s what I said:

I got a question today that’s worth answering here: What about husbands reading my new devotional book, INTIMACY REVEALED? Well, the book is geared toward wives, including some issues women tend to deal with more than men. And the devotions and questions address “your husband” rather than “your spouse.” All that said, when I read through the final, I remember thinking several chapters would make for some really good discussion with my own husband. So I suppose that’s a possibility. Of course, it’s your call!

It’s not written as a couples devotional, but really aimed for wives. But you could adapt it for your own purposes. By the way, I’m currently looking through some couples devotional books written by others, with the hope of being able to recommend some on my blog. Blessings!

Thanks! I pray your friends will be blessed by this book.

As for the print version: I have approved the proof copy, and I’m just waiting for the company to say it’s up for sale. They should email me as soon as it’s available for purchase, and then I’ll update all of the links and send out notices. My best bet on timing is 1-3 days, but it’s on their end at this point.

I want to buy this book as a gift for 3 different people but only one of them has an ereader. When will the print version be available? In time for Christmas?
