Either way its a great workout for closeness with God and each other.

Exercise increases libido and sexual satisfaction. A brisk mile walk should earn you 100 calories, then you get 69 for the sex for a grand total of 169 :-). Then you can indulge guilt free in your post coitus chocolate fudge sundae (just make it a small one) 😉
