It’s interesting seeing this right after my wife and I had an afternoon of text kissing, a new way of kissing for an ‘old’ couple. We’ve actually been doing that off and on for a while, say, four months or so. Your timing was good: coming home from work a few days after reading this, I shared a kiss and told her I want to do that regularly, at least every day. I was surprised at how much better a mood it put me in, even “only” a peck, and we all know how moods rub off on those closest to us, as well as around us. So thanks for the reminder and the suggestion. Never too old to try new things, or return to old standbys that do the trick.

On another note, could it be that “tongue kissing” could be in the Song? So 4:11 has him tasting the underside of her tongue so she is the active one. So 7:9 has him tasting the roof of her mouth so he is the active partner.

Perhaps they should be called Israeli Kisses? 🙂
