Ladies, the fat transfer not making a significant difference all has to do with the surgeon. I had fat transfer done with the best fat transfer surgeon in America, [name redacted], and I was able to increase several cup sizes as he’s the leading expert in this field. The waitlist is about a year but he is worth it and such a kind and genuine humble surgeon. It was an answer to prayer and it is absolutely a delight for myself and my husband and they are soft, squishy and your own natural healthy REAL body tissue! I also wish I’d NEVER gotten implants , but not because of BII. My augmentation surgery caused me to have ZERO sensation in both breasts – they are dead as a box of rocks. I feel I have missed out on so much in regards to physical arousal and intimacy with my husband . If I had an idea 30 years ago how badly this surgery would impact my married life , I would never have gotten them.
Yes, they look good but are of no use to me !

It might sound silly, but I believe God gives spouses the ability to mutually know what the other is thinking like entering into each other’s mind, like a revolving door, which involves emotional surrendering.

This part toward the end really says it all, when a husband (and wife) are emotionally (and physically) attracted and deeply in love with one another.

Hubbies, if you’re reading, take a cue from from that right there. With that attitude, my intimacy with my beloved is intact, and whatever their size or shape, this wife’s breasts will satisfy her husband always (Proverbs 18:19).

In reply to Tory. My RA may well be unrelated, and I would encourage women not to jump to conclusions based on a diffuse set of symptoms but rather rule out other options. I also believe breast implants are safe for 95-98% of women, but I now have real concerns for those with severe allergies or autoimmune markers putting silicone in their bodies. I think that specific population and scenario should be studied more.

In reply to Another J. You're welcome! My mother and grandmother both had breast cancer, so I get being careful! (I get regular mammograms and did the screening for BRCA but don't have it.) I'm sorry about that situation with your wife. Saying a prayer for answers and her healing!

My wife’s implants are for a reason you didn’t mention. She’s BRCA positive, and after watching all her aunts die from related cancers, we decided mastectomy and hysterectomy made sense to help manage those risks. She’s now struggling with many of the symptoms you’re describing, and doctors haven’t been able to narrow down a cause. So this possible new direction to pursue at least gives hope for some resolution. Thank you !
