Thanks for being so candid about the premarital chapter — the framing about what it means “for your marriage” is what makes this useful rather than just confessional. The “long in the making” tone really comes through, and I think a lot of couples will recognize patterns from their own stories.

Thank you, J, for your work and brave honesty in this matter. Your story – and what Jesus has done with it, can be an encouragement to so many.

You are spot on in that EVERYONE brings some kind of baggage into the marriage and bedroom. Sometimes the biggest baggage is thinking that we, well, don’t have any.

My bride and I have our own stories. We also know the grace and transformative power of how Jesus can make all things new.
